Before initiating a return or replacement, please carefully read through our policy to ensure that your purchased item is eligible.
You have 7 calendar days after the item is delivered to notify us of your intent to return the product.
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service at +88 01766892662. If your item meets all the return requirements, the return process will be started.
We offer a 7 Days Replacement Guarantee (excluding items in an intact box or packet) for physical products sold on KarukonBd.
The replacement request must be made within 7 days of receiving the delivery.
Refunds are applicable only for canceled order items due to product unavailability.
If we are unable to deliver your order within 10 days or due to product unavailability, we will refund your payment within 10 days through the original payment method. We will also cover the gateway charges associated with the refund.
Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, etc.).
The reason for return must be valid, and the return conditions must be met.
Delivery of the wrong product.
Delivery of a defective product.
Delivery of a product with missing parts.
Incorrect content on the website.
Note: Change of mind is not an applicable reason for return.
For products that require installation or fitting, the installation service will be provided within 3 working days from the date the product is received.
Delivery of ordered items is subject to the availability of the products at our warehouse or store. KarukonBd reserves the right to cancel any order within 4 to 7 working days if the stock of the ordered item(s) is temporarily unavailable.
If the customer agrees to wait for the product(s) to be restocked, the order may remain in an open, processing, or hold status for a maximum of 30 days.
If the order is canceled due to product unavailability and the customer has made an advance payment, a full refund will be processed within 1-10 working days, provided no cashback has been received. If cashback was received, the amount will be adjusted against the refund.
If the customer cancels an order after confirmation and has made an online payment, karukonbd will charge an Online Gateway Transaction fee when processing the refund.
Advance payment is required for the delivery of certain products. Karukonbd reserves the right to cancel any order if the required advance payment is not made.
The Return/Replacement Guarantee may not apply under the following conditions:
Damages caused by misuse of the product.
Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of the product.
Any consumable item that has been used or installed.
Innerwear, lingerie, socks, and clothing freebies.
Products with tampered or missing serial/UPC numbers.
Any damage or defect not covered under the manufacturer‘s warranty.
Any product returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer‘s packaging (if any), and all other items originally included with the delivered product(s).
Note: Replacement of the product is subject to the availability of the same on KarukonBd.
Eligibility: This service is only applicable for selected product orders delivered within Dhaka city.
Delivery Charge: A delivery charge of 100 takas applies for same-day delivery.
Order Timing: To qualify for same-day delivery, orders must be placed before 3:00 PM.
Product Availability: Only products stored at our office are eligible for same-day delivery.
Order Cancellation: Customers have the option to request the cancellation of their order if they do not agree with the same-day delivery terms and conditions.
